Essay outline

Set the accounting boundary

Define what the task budget covers. Include planning, context preparation, tool or model calls, review, and recovery where they incur cost.

Select the context

Explain which source facts the executor needs. Record their origin, revision, and relevance, then describe how missing or stale context is handled.

Reserve and reconcile cost

Walk through a hypothetical budget with estimated, reserved, and measured spending. State how concurrent work and uncertain charges affect the remaining amount.

Apply the work packet schema

Show a valid example and describe the runtime checks that a document schema cannot perform.

Evidence to add

Use the following checklist while drafting:

  • Label example amounts as hypothetical and state their units.
  • Add an accounting example whose totals can be checked.
  • Identify the evidence used to reconcile actual spending and the condition that stops further work.
